[Dailytoon #400: Part 1]

dilly dally

The 400.5th incarnation of dailytoons is like no other edition of the franchise. it may not have the huge burst of energy that 200 has, but this ditty kept me intrigued the whole time. it's hard to truly evaluate this without the conclusion, but the atmosphere is the strongest aspect by far. i'm a bit mad at myself for not putting forth any effort to contribute, but i wouldn't have done so well with black and white.

the artwork reminds me of RedSkelton but less twisted, which is a good thing. i can't really think of anything you need to change, it's all pretty solid, except that it's short. but that's not your fault, i understand flash laziness.

the new look to the time trials is unusual, or at least to me. michael jackson has to move on, i suppose.

cold - i would like this a lot more if i hadn't jaded myself of this song.... but i digress.. funky drawing.

paddy - interesting music choice, bonus points for not being one frame :&

2str - funkadelic beat ya got going. combine that with a classic walk animation... and.... well... woop!

adam ant - i'm always impressed by how many flashes you seem to make but i doN'T really get this one.

nc - i have no idea what this is but it's like modern art.

the duke nukem forever of modern flash animation, i think, uh. something.

anyway, the muffin part is particularly epic for something at such a high frame rate. breadfruit's part, as old as it may be, has metal gear music in it. WHAT MORE IS NEEDED? rtil - slightly trippy. zekey - cliche music but hey i saw myself in there. 3dition - what? whatever. fat badger - oh my donkey kong!

this movie needs to be seen by everyone, but sadly its message cannot be comprehended by all. statistics show that there are just stupid people out there :<.

i thought this was going to be about the queen song at first, but i thought the part where he vomits was incredibly hilarious, i'm not really sure why. probably because it cuts off so suddenly. for that scene alone, you get a review from me!

pretty nice that you finished.... the whole song!! that's always a plus, even if the audio is a bit choppy. I THINK SO SHEESH, it's obvious you didn't export at 128 kbps, i would think i know about huge filesizes.

but the drawings are great.... some nifty animation tricks there too.
